By accessing or using the Sadmission website and its services, the user hereby fully agrees to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. If the user does not accept any part of these terms or policies, the user must discontinue use of the website immediately.
Definitions
User: Any individual or entity using the services of the Sadmission website. This may include students (individuals seeking educational admission), parents or legal guardians of students, or educational agents, representatives or agencies.
Services: All services, consultations, information, applications, and features provided through the Sadmission website.
Account Creation
To use all of Sadmission’s services, the user must create a valid account and provide complete and accurate registration information. After creating an account, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password, and any activity performed under the account will be deemed the user’s responsibility. Sadmission shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or misuse of the account by third parties.
The user is also responsible for regularly checking both the Email address and WhatsApp number provided during registration or through the application form submitted to Sadmission. Any delays in checking messages or responding to communications sent to these channels will be considered the user’s responsibility. Sadmission will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from such delays.
User Information, Documents, and Legal Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful personal, educational, and supporting information and documents. Sadmission does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, legality, or consequences of any information or document submitted by the user. This includes, but is not limited to, forged, falsified, misleading, or illegally obtained documents or data. All submitted materials must comply with international admission standards and applicable laws. Any violation may result in application rejection, additional scrutiny, service termination, or legal action. Sadmission disclaims all liability arising from the use or submission of such documents or information, and the user bears full responsibility for all resulting outcomes.
Payments, Non-Refund Policy, and Responsibility for Payment Source
Once Sadmission has commenced providing any part of its services, no payments made by the user will be refunded under any circumstances. Service commencement is defined as the initiation of any step in the process, such as collecting documents or submitting an application. By making a payment, the user agrees in advance to the non-refundable nature of the fees.
Furthermore, Sadmission is not responsible for the origin of any payment received. If a payment is made using someone else’s credit card, bank account, or financial resources—whether with or without the owner’s consent—or through stolen or unauthorized funds, the full legal and financial responsibility lies solely with the student and the individual who made the payment. No refunds will be issued in any case, and any disputes or legal claims resulting from such actions are entirely the responsibility of the payer. By proceeding with any payment, the user and payer confirm that all funds used are legal, authorized, and under their rightful control. SADMISSION has no responsibility under any circumstances for the money that is paid to any individual or third person in any format. We agree to communicate with the university about students’ tuition fee only after receiving proper official bank records and swift copy with all required bank details mentioned in it, however the legal responsibility of money transferring and commissions deducted by intermediary banks and rate-changed will also be NOT accepted by SADMISSION. Students and agents and family members or any other related parties must follow the regulations for sanctions and money laundry according to university and all beneficiary-governments involved in the process. SADMISSION has no legal responsibility for this in any circumstances. SADMISSION will only accept to follow up with university authorities after the money is confirmed “paid” by university only. If money is not reached to the university bank account, SADMISSION will have no responsibility to continue the services and student visa and traveling to the country of university will be against the law and must not be done and legal consequences including visa or boarder rejection will be on student and his local agents only and not on SADMISSION at all.
Admission, Visa, Residence Permit, and Tuition
Sadmission makes no guarantees or commitments regarding the final outcome of the admission process, visa issuance, residence permit, or tuition refund. Final decisions are made solely by universities, embassies, immigration authorities, or other relevant institutions. These matters are entirely outside Sadmission’s control, and therefore, Sadmission shall not be held liable for any negative outcomes, including but not limited to rejection of admission, denial of visa or residence permit, or failure to refund tuition.
Sadmission’s role is limited to guiding and assisting students, filling in required forms (if the student has selected the service), and preparing and submitting applications. Applications are only submitted after the student has reviewed and confirmed all provided information and documents. At no point does Sadmission act as a decision-maker or hold authority over the outcome. The user understands and agrees that Sadmission’s service is to apply — not to guarantee acceptance or approval. There are a lot of details and even there may be changes in the process of arrival, accommodation and obtaining resident permits. Since these regulations may occur by universities, government, boarder police or other officials, SADMISSION has no responsibility for those regulations that were not officially informed from university and will accept no legal responsibility for any harm that may occur to student, for his family or intermediary people or agents. However, the student must inform us the arrival and accommodation details carefully in written format to SADMISSION and university authorities, read and study related-websites information about the process -including related government authorities websites and social networks and also ask for any related information, suggestion or probable changes from university and his or her agents. If during any steps from admission till graduation, a student acts without consulting SADMISSION and University, all responsibility will be fully and legally on him or herself and not on SADMISSION in any form.
User Cooperation and Conduct
The user agrees to fully cooperate with Sadmission at all stages of the service process and to provide requested documents or information promptly. The user must refrain from any abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior towards Sadmission staff. Any inappropriate conduct by the user may result in suspension or termination of services, and in such cases Sadmission will have no obligation or liability to continue providing services.
Additionally, no refunds will be issued in such cases, and the user acknowledges and accepts this policy. The Student has the responsibility to check, verify and receive the information on university portal directly and SADMISSION has no responsibility for university communications and inquiries. Any change of law and regulations or modifications in the academic calendar and other similar changes must be followed and respected according to online portal only. The Student must update SADMISSION team for any changes regularly and comply according to university and government regulations.
Timelines and Delays
All schedules and deadlines indicated on the website or in communications by Sadmission are estimates only and may be subject to change. Sadmission shall not be liable for any delays in the service process caused by factors beyond its control, such as public holidays, natural disasters, war, or late responses by universities, embassies, postal services, or other governmental or private entities.
If the user fails to cooperate—such as responding late, submitting documents late, or failing to cover extra required costs—Sadmission shall not be responsible for resulting delays.
Disclosure to Official Authorities
Sadmission reserves the right to use or share user information and documents with universities, embassies, or other legal authorities and third parties or partner organizations, provided that such use or disclosure does not harm the student or violate applicable laws.
ministry can ask for any documents more than one times and send inquiry to any third source or authority and student is responsible for bringing the positive answer. Sadmission and related universities may not involve in the process of inquiry and has no responsibility in any way for the inquiries by related authorities. The student should make sure that inquiries by the ministry of education universities, government or any third parties are responded to fully legally and correctly.
Additional Documentation Requirement
Sadmission reserves the right to request additional documents from the student, family, or agent at any point during the process if deemed necessary to complete admission, visa, or related procedures.
Failure to provide such documents on time may lead to delays and may also result in additional costs, which the user is required to pay.
Document Consistency and Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that all information in all forms and all submitted documents and their translations — including the student’s full name, date of birth, and all other personal details — exactly matches the information stated in the student’s passport. No information in forms and the documents should be different, ambiguous, or unclear. Any inconsistency, error, mismatch, or unclear information may lead to delays, additional requirements, rejection of the application, or extra costs. Sadmission shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from such discrepancies.
Service Selection Responsibility
Users and payers are fully responsible for selecting the correct service package that matches the student’s individual circumstances. For example, if a student is transferring from another university, they must select the “Transfer Student Fee” package. Similarly, Indian students applying for visa support must choose “Student Visa Support – VFS Countries Only (All Fees Included)” and not the “Non-VFS Countries” option.
Incorrect service selection cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances. Sadmission holds no responsibility for any errors resulting from the user selecting an inappropriate or mismatched service package.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Sadmission website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and provide enhanced services. By continuing to use the website or agreeing to these terms, the user consents to the use of cookies and the collection of basic technical information (such as browser settings). The user can adjust browser settings to manage or limit cookies; however, disabling cookies may render certain features of the site unavailable.
Document Archiving
All documents and information submitted by the user for the purpose of service provision are stored in Sadmission’s archives. All documents cannot be returned or retrieved. Therefore, the user is responsible for maintaining backups of their documents before submission. Sadmission assumes no responsibility for any loss of archived information.
Furthermore, Sadmission will not return any documents, translations, payments, or any submitted materials under any circumstances.
Changes to Terms
Sadmission reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use and Privacy Policies at any time without prior notice. The most recent version, along with the date of the last update, will be published on the Sadmission website.
It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms and Policies regularly. Continued use of the website after any changes have been posted constitutes the user’s acceptance of the updated terms.
Sadmission will also publish notices of updates on its blog page for informational purposes.
