As part of its regional outreach initiative, the University of Georgia conducted a series of student-focused training workshops in the cities of Zugdidi and Kutaisi.
The training sessions addressed two highly relevant topics for young learners:
- How to Overcome Exam Anxiety
- How to Choose the Right Profession
Led by academic staff from the university’s Psychology Program, Nana Burduli and Elizaveta Sologhashvili, the workshops offered practical strategies and real-world case studies to help students better understand themselves, manage stress, and make more informed academic and career choices.
These interactive sessions were designed to support high school students and prospective university applicants in building emotional resilience and long-term academic confidence.
Why This Matters for Future Students:
Through nationwide initiatives like this, the University of Georgia demonstrates its commitment to student well-being, mental health awareness, and career readiness—offering early guidance that empowers students to thrive both personally and academically.
